We are happy to be selected to perform double days at the parallel events of the Dance Platform 2015 organised by the Dance House Lemesos on Saturday 7 March 18:20.
“In her new choreographic work, Evie Demetriou continues to draw inspiration from her sociological research and reflection on “female identity” in contemporary society, focusing on the small and everyday realities within and around us. In collaboration with dancers Milena Ugren Koulas and Rania Glymitsa, through the use of movement and speech, the performance takes the audience on a journey across the individual and social landscape, enhanced with humor and confessional mood, while seeking to expand the boundaries around pre-determined notions of “dance – performance- audience.”
