“the more you dance the more you get  will be performed at Ellas Crean Festival in Madrid this March.

The work is routed on the idea of the forced use of the body as a commodity for sale, with reference to the sexual exploitation of women. A faceless person on stage is forced to expose, sell and resell a body again and again. Performed with a highly physical movement language the work succeeds to combines intimacy and humor, movement and sound, risk and surprise.

ELLAS CREAN is a festival born in the heat of the celebration of March 8,
International Women’s Day, organized by the Institute of Women of Spain gives
visibility to the work of female artists and creators in the world of culture.
Dance in museums is one of the axes on which the festival gravitates. An opportunity to connect with new audiences and make known new values, along with others already consolidated. Coordinated by the choreographer Mey-Ling Bisogno and with the support of the General Sub-Directorate of State Museums, the program includes choreographic works in seven national museums.
